AI in Strategy
A four-day intensive program for boards and C-level executives leading AI transformation.
Most organizations plan AI the same way they planned digitization: projects, pilots, and the hope that scale will follow. It will not. This program changes how boards and C-level executives think about AI — from managing technology to managing a system of value, risk, and decision. Built on the book "Teach that Pathfinder" (Piotr Wiśniewski, Amazon) and grounded in transformation practice across CEE and global organizations. This is not a generative AI tools course. It is a course in strategic thinking for an era in which AI has become a management variable.
Topics
- —Where AI builds advantage — and where it only improves productivity
- —AI portfolio framework: commodity, capability, moat
