Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

AI&Scale respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

AI&Scale is an editorial and executive intelligence platform. For any privacy question or data request, contact us through the Contact page on this website.

We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the AI&Scale website and platform features.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to provide through our forms — for example your name, work email, organization, role, and the message or request you submit. Each form requires your explicit consent before we process your data.

If you create an account, we process your email address and basic account identifiers (including a user id) to authenticate you via one-time email links (“magic links”).

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and limited sessionStorage for first-touch attribution (no third-party cookies by default).

We do not ask for, or store, identity document numbers or special-category data through this website. Please do not submit sensitive data in free-text fields.

How we use it

We use your data only for the purpose you submitted it: to send the Executive Brief, to respond to a contact or diagnostic inquiry, to review a Community application, to prepare an expert match, or to notify you about a research report.

We use account and session data to authenticate you, enforce member access, prevent abuse, and secure the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., email delivery, hosting, database, analytics), under appropriate data protection terms.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where you create an account and use member features, we process data as necessary to perform the service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to secure the platform (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Operational records (e.g., sign-in tokens, security logs, or form submissions) may be retained for limited periods to protect the platform and maintain an audit trail.
