Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 June 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of AI&Scale. AI&Scale is built for professional users. By using the platform you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Who may use AI&Scale

AI&Scale is intended for professional and educational use. It is not designed for children or family use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use member features.

If you use AI&Scale on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Some features require an account. We may use email “magic links” to sign you in.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of access links and keeping your account secure.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

3. Access codes and beta access

During beta, AI&Scale may grant access via invite or access codes. Codes may be time-limited, usage-limited, and may expire or be revoked.

Beta access may be changed, restricted, or discontinued. This does not limit your mandatory rights under applicable law (including privacy rights).

You must not sell, transfer, or publicly share access codes unless explicitly permitted.

4. Editorial content and licenses

AI&Scale publishes editorial content, frameworks, templates and tools. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own internal and professional purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or make available substantial parts of AI&Scale content without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, or use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access content.

You must not reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data beyond what is made available through the interface.

You must not use AI&Scale to infringe intellectual property rights, violate confidentiality, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. No scraping and no AI training use

Automated extraction (scraping, crawling, mass downloading) of AI&Scale content is prohibited.

You may not use AI&Scale content to train, fine-tune, validate, benchmark, evaluate or otherwise improve AI/ML models (including LLMs), or to build RAG corpora/knowledge bases, without prior written permission.

If you need a broader license (e.g., enterprise reuse, partnerships, AI training), contact us via the Contact page.

7. AI features (Ghostwriter and similar tools)

AI features are designed as writing and analysis assistance tools. They are not a substitute for professional judgment.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any output before using it in decisions or publications.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or confidential information into AI tools unless you have the right and necessity to do so.

8. Disclaimers (no professional advice)

AI&Scale content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on AI&Scale constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, HR, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified advisors for decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI&Scale is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above indicates the latest revision.

If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users through the website or by email where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
