  • Sharing a link to the original AI&Scale page in internal communications.
  • Using brief excerpts in presentations or memos with clear source and a link.

What is prohibited without written permission

  • Copying or reproducing substantial parts of an article, report, framework, or template, even with attribution.
  • Mass downloading, scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content (including via bots, scripts, or headless browsers).
  • Creating datasets, knowledge bases, RAG corpora, indexes, embeddings, or archives based on AI&Scale content.
  • Using AI&Scale content to train, fine-tune, validate, benchmark, or evaluate AI/ML models (including LLMs) or to power automated summarization products that substitute the original.
  • Commercial redistribution or republishing (including paywalled newsletters, external portals, or third-party libraries).

How to attribute

  • Use the following format: “AI&Scale — [title], [publication date], aiatscale.ai/[path]”.
  • Where possible, include a clickable link to the original page.
